AximTrade is an international forex broker that provides a wide range of financial services to clients worldwide. However, due to compliance and legal reasons, AximTrade does not offer services to residents of the following countries and regions: Canada, Ethiopia, the European Union (EU), Gibraltar, Iran, Israel, New Zealand, North Korea, Palestine, the Philippines, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Yemen, and Singapore.

Customer Verification and Withdrawal Conditions

Before trading with AximTrade, customers must pass a strict "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process. This process requires clients to submit proof of identity and proof of address documents to verify their identity and residency. Once the KYC verification is successfully completed, customers can freely withdraw funds from their trading accounts.

Steps to Withdraw Funds

Customers can withdraw funds from their AximTrade accounts by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Member Area: Access AximTrade’s member section.
  2. Click on “Withdrawal”: Locate and select the “Withdrawal” option.
  3. Choose a Withdrawal Method: Pick the preferred withdrawal method, such as credit card, bank transfer, or e-wallet.
  4. Enter the Withdrawal Amount: Specify the amount you wish to withdraw.
  5. Fund Deduction: The chosen amount will be automatically deducted from your account balance.

Withdrawal Policies and Risk Management

AximTrade adheres to strict security and risk management policies. Withdrawals and refunds are processed according to the actual funds deposited into the account and the methods used. The specific withdrawal policies include:

  1. Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals: Customers can withdraw funds via credit or debit cards up to the amount deposited through this channel.
  2. E-Wallet Withdrawals: Withdrawals or refunds via e-wallets are allowed only after all credit or debit card deposits have been fully refunded.
  3. Other Payment Methods: For methods like bank transfers, withdrawals are permitted only after deposits through the above methods have been fully refunded.

AximTrade commits to processing all withdrawal requests within 24 working hours of receipt. All withdrawal requests will immediately be classified as “pending withdrawals” in the customer's trading account.

If a customer selects an incorrect payment method, the withdrawal request will be processed according to the procedures outlined above. Withdrawals must be made in the base currency chosen for the trading account. If the withdrawal currency differs from the previously set account currency, AximTrade will convert the amount, and the customer will be liable for any conversion fees.

  • E-Wallets: Neteller, Skrill, FasaPay, WeChat, Alipay, UnionPay, Momo, Zalopay, USDT (TRC20), USDT (ERC20), BEP-20.
  • Online Banking Services: Perfect Money.
  • Credit and Debit Cards: Mastercard, Visa.
  • Bank Transfers.
  • Local Depositors: Through local depositors in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Palestine, Algeria, Syria, Iraq, and the UAE.
