Tesla China was revealed to have rehired some of its laid-off employees and recovered “N+3” compensation

Recently, Tesla China has initiated the process of recalling previously laid-off employees, and requires employees who are rehired to return "3" of the "N+3" layoff compensation, and have their seniority recalculated. According to relevant data, in order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, Tesla has laid off more than 14% of its employees in the past six months, and its global employees have been reduced to About 121,000 people. However, there are reports that some employees who received the news are not very interested in this re-employment, and some of the laid-off employees have already joined other domestic new energy brands.
