According to online reports, Caroline Ellison, former CEO of Alameda Research, is expected to serve her sentence in prison on November 7, local time, on charges of participating in criminal activities of crypto exchange FTX. As of publication, the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) website stated that Ellison was not in custody, but provided the prisoner number and her age, race and gender. On September 24, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis Kaplan sentenced Ellison to two years in prison. She is expected to surrender as early as November 7.
