New Crocodilus malware steals Android users 'encrypted wallet keys

On March 31, researchers from security company ThreatFabric said that the new malware Crocodilus could steal Android users 'wallets mnemonics. The malware spreads through proprietary drivers and bypasses the security protections of Android13 (and later), so users do not trigger Play Protect when installing the malware. The malware superimposes a false warning on the screen to "back up wallet mnemonics in your settings within 12 hours", otherwise you may lose access to your wallet.
