Internet reports that Telegram founder Pavel Durov expressed his gratitude to the French judge and his team after being allowed to return to Dubai during the criminal investigation. He confirmed that he had returned to Dubai after several months in France, and also said Telegram had not only met but exceeded its legal obligations in reviewing, cooperating and fighting crime over the years.
