On February 10, it was reported that Nasdaq had submitted 19b-4 application documents for CoinShares LTC ETF and CoinShares XRP ETF to the US SEC. It is understood that the 19b-4 application is a proposed rule change submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), usually filed by exchanges such as NYSE or Nasdaq to list new financial products such as ETFs.
