University of Michigan surveys consumers 'long-term inflation expectations rise month-on-month, the largest since May 2021

Internet reports that the final value of the one-year inflation rate in the United States in February is expected to be 4.3%, a record high since November 2023. The expectation is 4.30%, compared with the previous value of 4.30%. The final expected value of the U.S. inflation rate for the five-to-ten-year period in February is 3.5%, the expectation is 3.30%, and the previous value is 3.30%. The University of Michigan surveyed that consumers 'long-term inflation expectations rose the largest month-on-month since May 2021.
