Internet reports that the Attorney General of Oregon has filed enforcement action against Coinbase. Coinbase issued a document stating that this lawsuit is as baseless as previous lawsuits from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Coinbase will do everything possible to defeat it, but this lawsuit directly undermines the ongoing constructive policy development in Washington, D.C. In addition, Coinbase said Coinbase customers in Oregon and elsewhere need not worry and related business services will not be affected.
