On February 23, according to Arkham monitoring, an unmarked suspected institution address (0xbA.85ae) was conducting OTC with Bybit. Since yesterday, the institution address has transferred 22,600 ETH to Bybit Deposit in five times, and extracted 73.599 million USDTs from Bybit.
