Internet reports that cryptocurrency exchange Gemini has appointed Dan Chen as its new CFO. Dan Chen previously served as vice president of the capital markets and banking cooperation team of financial services firm Affirm. According to his LinkedIn profile, he has also held positions at Metropolis Investments and Morgan Stanley. Gemini is considering an initial public offering, possibly sometime this year, and Dan Chen said: "As the company enters the next phase of growth, I look forward to helping Gemini grow in size by advancing its financial strategy.
