3000 ETH pieces were transferred from Kraken to a newly built address

The Internet reported that according to Lookonchain monitoring, a newly built address extracted 3,000 ETH (US$4.92 million) from Kraken five hours ago and deposited them in Aave and Compound. Then lend out 3 million USDC and deposit them back in Kraken, or buy more ETH.
