Perfume brand manager Eternal Beauty has resubmitted its main board listing application, with joint sponsors including BNP Paribas and CITIC Securities.

The latest preliminary prospectus shows that as of February 4, a total of 66 external brands are under Eternal Beauty's management, including Hermes, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chopard, Albion, and Laura Mercier. Among them, 59 brands have obtained exclusive or sub-licensing for certain products and channels from brand licensors in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and/or Macau.

In terms of financial performance, Eternal Beauty's interim revenue as of the end of September 2024 was RMB1.064 billion, up 14.2% YoY, while profit during the period grew by 20.2% to RMB115 million.
