NFT project Cyber Kongz: SEC investigation has ended
Internet reports that NFT project CyberKongz posted on X on Tuesday that the investigation from the US SEC has ended and announced a "name change." The company said: "For CyberKongz, the shackles have been lifted and we have been preparing for this day for a long time. CyberKongz's comprehensive brand boundaries and new directions will be announced soon." In December last year, CyberKongz said it had received Wells 'notice from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
