CoinGecko analysis report: Publicly traded blockchain companies account for only 5.8% of the total market value of the crypto market

According to online reports, according to crowdfundinsider, CoinGecko's latest analysis report shows that the total market value of publicly traded blockchain companies around the world is US$199.5 billion, accounting for only 5.8% of the total market value of the US$3.45 trillion crypto market. Among them, the largest publicly traded blockchain company is cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, with a market value of US$74 billion. The report points out that there are currently 46 noteworthy companies that publicly trade blockchain, most of which are listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. In terms of industry distribution, these companies are divided into five main sectors: cryptocurrency mining, exchanges, finance and investment, technology and others. Among them, cryptocurrency mining is the dominant sector, with a total of 25 companies engaged in such businesses, including Mara Holdings, Core Scientific and Riot Blockchain.
