Multicoin Capital said it has accumulated considerable positions in Jito Network's native token JTO over the past three years through its hedge funds and venture capital funds. Multicoin Capital's optimistic valuation of JTO is US$11.63, which is 4.45 times the seven-day time-weighted average price (TWAP) of US$2.61 as of March 3, 2025. After the publication of the Multicoin Capital Jito report, the JTO price quickly rose from US$2 to around US$2.4, an increase of nearly 20%.
