According to online reports, Tyler Winklevoss, co-founder of cryptocurrency exchange Gemini, wrote on platform X that the Third Circuit Court accused the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of trying to impose a de facto ban on cryptocurrencies through law enforcement.
