日前，据媒体报道。欧盟法院发布的文件显示，中国电动汽车制造商比亚迪、吉利和上汽已就欧盟对中国电动车征收的关税提起诉讼。
去年10月底，欧盟在完成反补贴调查后对中国制造的电动汽车加征额外关税,其中比亚迪税率为17.0%，吉利18.8%，上汽35.3%，这三项关税均在欧盟原本10%的标准汽车进口关税之外。
根据法院文件，三家公司已正式向欧洲联盟法院的初审法院提交诉状。通常情况下，该法院的诉讼程序平均持续18个月，判决后仍可继续上诉。
