Devexperts, a software company specializing in capital markets solutions, has introduced new features in its AI-powered virtual assistant, Devexa. These updates, aimed at wealth managers, provide tools for customer support and portfolio analysis.
The added functions include historical performance charts, asset allocation views, and real-time market value tracking, all accessible within Devexa’s existing widget.
Devexa Adds Multi-Platform Support
Devexa operates with AI-based capabilities, such as Knowledge Base and natural language processing, to offer support through various digital interfaces, including websites, apps, and customer portals.
This integration spans popular communication platforms like Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger, where users can access information directly.
“Devexa has traditionally focused on supporting brokerages, enhancing their customer support and engagement services,” commented Jon Light, Head of OTC at Devexperts.
“The addition of these wealth management-focused features is very welcome, demonstrating Devexa’s flexibility and the breadth of her application potential,” he added. “Devexa is easily integrated with any digital user interface so can readily complement existing system to offer customers a heightened experience, whilst also enabling them to make more informed decisions.”
Collaboration for Copy Trading Services
Since 2002, Devexperts has developed technology for capital markets, including DXtrade, a trading platform for investments across stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
The company is headquartered in Ireland and has a development team of 900 engineers across offices in the United States, Germany, Bulgaria, Singapore, Portugal, Turkey, and Georgia.
Recently, DXtrade, a white-label trading platform developed by Devexperts, partnered with Traders Connect, a cloud-based trade copier, as reported by Finance Magnates.
This collaboration is intended to address the increasing demand for copy trading services among brokers and traders utilizing the DXtrade CFD platform. The integration will enable brokers using DXtrade to provide their clients with access to Traders Connect's cloud-based copy trading solution.
