A private healthcare provider in Mainland China, Distinct Healthcare, after its listing application lapsed in May 2024, has once again applied to list in Hong Kong.
According to its preliminary prospectus, TENCENT (00700.HK) , through its subsidiary Image Frame, acquired a stake in August 2021 and currently holds 19.39% of the company.
Besides, Wang Gaofei, CEO of WB-SW (09898.HK) , was appointed as an independent non-executive director (INED) in April 2024.
