SOFT INTL (02569.HK), a manufacturer and distributor of single-use sanitary products for infants and adults, announced the details of its IPO. It proposed to offer around 250 million shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and international offering accounting for 90%. The offer price ranged from $0.5 to $0.6, and the entry fee for a board lot of 5,000 shares would be $3,030.25.
The IPO will commence today (19th) and close at noon next Monday (24th), with the listing of shares expected for next Thursday (27th). The sole sponsor is Sunny Fortune.
Based on the median offer price of $0.55, SOFT INTL expected to raise net proceeds of about $96 million from the listing.
