Internet reported that the three major indexes fell generally: the Dow Jones index opened down 153.15 points, or 0.37% at 41,197.78 points; the S & P 500 index opened down 11.33 points, or 0.20% at 5,587.97 points; the Nasdaq Composite Index opened down 62.39 points, or 0.35% at 17,586.06 points.
