The Pectra system contract contains multiple EIPs (EIP-2935, EIP-7002, and EIP-7251). The review is mainly to evaluate potential attack vectors in the contract and ensure that the contract logic accurately achieves the expected functions in accordance with the EIP specifications. The Ethereum Foundation also said that a vulnerability bounty competition is currently being held on Cantina, with rewards of up to $2 million for Pectra-related vulnerabilities.
