According to online reports, the U.S. State Department issued a statement saying that U.S. Secretary of State Rubio had a phone call with British Foreign Secretary Lamy to discuss the Ukraine leaders 'summit convened by Britain on March 2. Rubio thanked Britain for its role in encouraging Europe to provide its own defense and promote peace in Ukraine.
