Online reports that bitcoin miner Bit Digital disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it had acquired an industrial building in Madison, North Carolina, through its wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary Enovum Data Centers Corp. for $53.2 million, including a down payment of $2.25 million (of which $1.2 million is non-refundable), and the transaction is expected to be completed on May 15.
