Former MultiBank sales director Chokri Houimli has been appointed CEO of MHMarkets; Tickmill has promoted Nicholas Baumer to chief commercial officer; iSAM Securities has promoted James Wale to lead its EMEA sales division; Broadridge has appointed Roz Smith strengthens its global leadership position with the appointment of Roz Smith as COO; Exinity appoints Andrew Speakman as its new SVP of Business Development; and Prop Firm Simplex Trading appoints Benjamin Londergan as Managing Director.

Former MultiBank sales director becomes CEO of MHMarkets
MHMarkets has appointed Chokri Houimli as its new chief executive officer. Prior to his appointment, Houimli was director of sales at MultiBank Group. Prior to that, he served from April 2015 to December 2018 as business development manager at One Financial Markets.
Houimli's earlier experience includes serving as deputy sales manager at Alpari (UK) Ltd. He began his career at Umm al-Qaiwain National Bank, where he served as a team leader. Most recently, MultiBank Group launched MEX Exchange, an electronic communications network for institutional investors.
Tickmill Management Change: CMO to CCO
Tickmill has promoted Nicholas Baumer from the position of chief marketing officer to chief commercial officer. The brokerage is currently looking for a new CMO to take over Baumer's previous responsibilities. Baumer has reportedly taken on the new role of CCO. He joined the CFD brokerage as CMO in November 2020, replacing Marilena Iakovou.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Baumer is a marketing professional with experience working with other FX and CFD brokers. Before joining Tickmill, he spent nearly five years working with BDSwiss. He joined the broker's Cyprus office as a TV and print media buyer before being promoted to head of acquisitions. At some point he was also a director of marketing BDSwiss.
iSAM Securities appoints James Wale as Head of EMEA Sales
iSAM Securities has appointed James Wale as head of leveraged sales for EMEA. wale has more than 15 years of institutional sales and relationship management experience in the financial sector, having worked for CMC Markets, Varengold Bank and FIXI plc. wale has been a member of the board of directors of the company for over 20 years and has been a member of the board of directors of the company for over 20 years.
As Head of Leveraged Sales, EMEA, Wale will be responsible for the wider EMEA sales team, managing the sales strategy and enhancing the brand's existing offering in the region. Commenting on the promotion, Wale mentioned, "Having been involved in the growth of the company for over seven years, I am excited to take on this role and further contribute to our vision as we embark on the next stage of our journey."
Broadridge Appoints COO to Enhance Global Leadership
Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Roz Smith as Chief Operating Officer of Broadridge International.Smith will be based in London and will work with Mike Sleightholme, President of Broadridge International, to expand and strengthen Broadridge's global reach and client service in EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Smith will reportedly focus on optimizing Broadridge International's operations to achieve greater efficiency and productivity. According to the company's official statement, she will lead efforts to streamline processes, manage implementation projects and ensure the effectiveness of the organizational structure at the country and regional levels. In addition, Smith will work to provide customized solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
Exinity Welcomes New Senior Vice President of Business Development
Exinity has appointed Andrew Speakman as senior vice president of business development.Speakman is a financial services professional who has been with Hantec Markets for nearly 13 years. At the firm, he has held several positions, most recently as director of sales. His responsibilities included market opportunity identification, feasibility studies and presenting business plans to the chief commercial officer.
He was also responsible for managing global sales operations, including strategy development and implementation. Prior to that, he served as Institutional FX Sales Manager from June 2013 to September 2017, where he was responsible for managing institutional client relationships, acquiring new clients and managing the Currenex platform. From October 2011 to June 2013, he worked as a Client Liaison Officer.
Self-employed company Simplex Trading welcomes seasoned veteran as new Managing Director
Benjamin Londergan, a finance and trading professional with more than 25 years of experience, has joined Simplex Trading as managing director of strategic business development. In his new role, Londergan will support Simplex's operations related to proprietary trading and market making.
Previously, Londergan was COO of CarAdvise, but has also worked for a number of well-known trading firms. These include Options, TraderTools, Belvedere Trading, Convergex, and CBOE, in addition to serving as president of Group One Trading, a proprietary trading company, for more than 15 years.
