In addition, Vitalik listed some applications, and considered good applications such as Railgun, Farcaster, Polymarket, and Signal, and bad ones such as Pump.fun, Terra/Luna, and FTX. It believes that differences in application functionality stem from developers 'different beliefs about the goals they want to achieve.
