HashFlare founder was ordered to leave the country by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, which contradicts court order

Internet reports, Decrypt reported that Sergei Potapenko and Ivan Turõgin, the Estonia co-founders of HashFlare cryptocurrency mining company, received a notice from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) asking them to leave the United States "immediately" or face law enforcement action. The order directly conflicts with a court order requiring them to remain in King County, Washington. The two men pleaded guilty in February this year, admitting fraud through a fake cryptocurrency mining contract and agreed to confiscate approximately US$400 million in assets.
