City Index does not charge any additional commission to the spread trading market, nor does it charge any commission to contracts for differences or foreign exchange markets, except for stock contracts for differences. For UK and most European stocks, the fee is 0.08% of the consideration, while for most US stocks, the fee is 1.8 cents per share

Account inactivity fee
If there is no trading activity within 12 months, City Index will charge a £ 12 account idle fee.
If there is no trading activity for 36 months, the retail account will be automatically suspended. For professional accounts, if there is no trading activity for 12 months, the account will be automatically suspended. After the account is suspended, an idle fee will still be charged.
