黄金和铜生产公司 ， Aura Minerals （ TSX ： ORA ： CA ） （ OTCQX ： ORAAF ） 董事会和 Comiss ã o de Valores Mobili á rios 已批准了巴西存托凭证 （ （ BDR ） ） 的远期分拆 ， 以 3 BDR 为 1 BDR 当前未偿还.目前 ， 有 ~ 19.26M 无面值发行且未偿还的 BDR ， BDR 拆分完成后 ， 将有 ~ 57.77M BDR ， 无面值已发行和未偿还.BDR 将从 7 月 11 日起进行除权交易.
