Lennix, OKX Global Chief Commercial Officer: Bitcoin is becoming a more transparent and reliable reserve asset
On April 7, Lennix, OKX Global Chief Commercial Officer, was invited to attend the "2025 Hong Kong Web3 Carnival" Summit and participate in a roundtable discussion on the theme of "Bitcoin as the Next Global Reserve Asset". Lennix said during the discussion that with the changing global trade war and tariffs, especially under the influence of the U.S. tariff policies on other countries, Bitcoin is gradually being seen as a more transparent and reliable reserve asset. It can help cope with currency devaluation and other economic shocks caused by tariffs. In addition, Lennix also mentioned that if the U.S. government begins to actually include Bitcoin in strategic reserves, market participants around the world may reassess Bitcoin's potential as a reserve asset, thereby accelerating Bitcoin's becoming the next generation of central bank reserve assets.
