Online reports, according to Cointelegraph, the National Investment Agency under President Kyrgyzstan has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Binance founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ), formally appointing him as a national blockchain development, cryptocurrency supervision and Web3 innovation consultant. According to the agreement, CZ will provide the Kyrgyz government with digital asset framework guidance and blockchain infrastructure technical support, while promoting talent development and the construction of a DeFi innovation environment. Kyrgyzstan President Zaparov said that blockchain and digital finance are national priority development areas, and this cooperation is an important step forward for the country. The cooperation also includes supporting cross-border knowledge exchanges in the fields of education, workforce training and blockchain, aiming to promote domestic entrepreneurship and align Kyrgyzstan with global best practices in virtual asset regulation.
