Securitize proposes to use BlackRock BUIDL funds as collateral for Frax USD

Internet reports that Securitize, the brokerage firm of Digital Liquidity Funds (BUIDL), has submitted a Frax improvement proposal to add BUIDL as backing collateral for the Frax USD stablecoins. According to the improvement plan, using BUIDL as a collateralized reserve asset can provide income opportunities, deeper liquidity and transfer options, and can reduce counterparty risk due to support from BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager.
