Goldman Sachs once again "supports" A-shares, recommends overweighting Chinese stocks in Q4

In its latest China Equity Strategy Report, Goldman Sachs noted that markets outside of Japan in the Asia-Pacific region continue to recommend overweighting Chinese stocks to bet on a possible rebound by the end of the year。It is predicted that the potential returns of the Hang Seng Index, the SOE Index and the Hang Seng Technology Index will reach 5%, 6% and 12% respectively in the fourth quarter, and the potential returns of the CRE 50 Index, the ChiNext Index and the CSI 300 Index will be 7%, 3% and 3% respectively in the same period.。Goldman Sachs believes that some of the policies can be seen as an upside surprise relative to expectations of a market downturn。
