Internet reports, according to Tass news agency, Alexei Yakovlev, Director of the Financial Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of The Russian Federation, told reporters that the Ministry of Finance and the Russian Central Bank are discussing the launch of organized digital currency transactions in Russia within the framework of the Experimental Legal System (EPR). Participants in the "Super Qualified" investor category (criteria are currently being developed) will be able to participate in the auction. The Ministry of Finance hopes that the corresponding ideas will be implemented in the near future.
