On March 6, according to the minutes of the meeting of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Cryptocurrency Working Group, on March 5, 2025, the staff of the Cryptocurrency Working Group met with representatives of Circle Internet Financial, LLC, and WisdomTree Digital Management, Inc. and its affiliated companies. Representatives met and discussed ways to resolve issues related to the regulation of cryptoassets. Circle and WisdomTree each provided accompanying documents, which were discussed during the meeting.
