Apple released its latest quarterly financial report showing that in the first three months of this year, it achieved revenue of US$90.753 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 4%. As its third largest market, revenue in Greater China was US$16.372 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 8%.
And according to the latest mobile phone tracking report, Apple’s market share is only 13.7%, falling out of the top five and becoming Others, behind OPPO (including OnePlus), Honor, Huawei, vivo and Xiaomi.
In this regard, Apple CEO Cook still expressed his confidence in the Chinese market: "I am still very optimistic about the future development of the Chinese market. We are not focusing on the development in the next one or two weeks, but focusing more on long-term development."
