It is reported that Huawei recently launched a patent infringement lawsuit against MediaTek in a Chinese district court. According to the speculation of domestic intellectual property industry experts, the case may involve 5G (or 4G, 3G, etc.) and other cellular mobile communication technologies.
In this regard, MediaTek said the lawsuit has no significant impact on the company, the case has entered the judicial process, the company does not comment.
