Internet reports that on March 14 local time, Ukraine President Zelensky said that Russian leader Vladimir Putin proposed additional conditions for a ceasefire, which showed that he did not want a ceasefire. Zelensky said the war cannot be allowed to drag on and called on the United States to "take strong measures to help, put pressure on Russia, and take decisive action to stop this conflict that has lasted for many years."
