Telegram founder Pavel Durov was allowed to leave France and return to Dubai

Online reports, Cointelegraph quoted AFP as reporting that instant messaging app Telegram founder Pavel Durov has obtained permission from a French court to leave France and has now returned to Dubai. Reports said that Durov was approved by a French court on March 13 to allow him to travel to Dubai. AFP quoted an unnamed source as saying: "Durov left France this morning," adding that he left the country with the approval of the authorities.
