Ukraine and the United States sign memorandum on minerals agreement

According to online reports, Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Sviridenko said on social media that Ukraine and the United States signed a memorandum on the minerals agreement, which determined the working framework of the two teams and reiterated their willingness to end the negotiation of the agreement and sign the agreement.
