According to online reports, Vitalik posted on social media that the Ethereum Foundation (hereinafter referred to as EF) is undergoing major changes in its leadership structure and has been going on for about a year. Some of these reform measures have been implemented and made public, and others are still in progress. Currently, EF will strive to achieve goals including: ·Improve the level of technical expertise of the leadership; ·Improve two-way communication and connections between the leadership and ecosystem participants (new and old). EF's responsibility is to support users (individuals and institutions), developers, wallets, L2; ·Introduce new talents and improve execution capabilities and speed;·More actively support application builders and ensure that important values and inalienable rights (especially privacy, open source, censorship resistance) are present for users, including the application layer; ·Continue to increase the use of decentralization and privacy technologies and the Ethereum chain, including for payments and fund management;
