Crypto wallet Kepr completes US$5 million financing at a US$50 million valuation

Internet reports that the crypto wallet Kepr completed a US$5 million seed round of financing at a valuation of US$50 million. This round of financing was led by 1confirmation, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, HashKey Capital, Chorus One Ventures, Skip Protocol, Binary Builders and others. Josh Lee, co-founder of Keplr, said the round of equity financing ended at the end of last year. It is reported that Kepr launched its wallet in 2021, initially focusing on the Cosmos ecosystem. Despite the setbacks in the Terra incident, Kepr claims to be the largest Cosmos wallet with more than 2 million users. In August last year, Kepr launched support for the EVM chain, allowing users to manage Ethereum assets directly within their wallets. Kepr currently has no plans to issue tokens.
