Online reports that BonkDAO plans to destroy 1.69 trillion BONK pieces worth approximately US$54.52 million, as part of a community festival event "BURNmas" that aims to increase the scarcity of BONK. The upcoming destruction accounts for nearly 1.8% of BONK's total supply (approximately 92.7 trillion pieces). Officials said that these tokens will be destroyed in the future through BonkDAO multi-signature voting.
