According to online reports, according to an official announcement, Bybit has officially launched the "Bounty Recovery Program", issuing a call to elites in the global cybersecurity and encryption analysis fields to jointly track down the perpetrators of the largest theft in encryption history. Contributors who successfully recover funds will receive a 10% reward based on the verifiable recovery amount of stolen ETH worth more than $1.4 billion at the time of the incident. If all funds are recovered, the total reward may be as high as US$140 million. Bybit CEO Ben Zhou said that within 24 hours after the incident, he had received strong support from top people and organizations in the industry, and hoped to officially reward those community members who provided us with professional knowledge, experience and support through the "Bounty Recovery Program".
