Solana Network's total transaction fees last week were 53,800 SOLs, a month-on-month decrease of 10%

The network reported that the total transaction fees generated by Solana Network last week were only 53,800 SOL, setting the lowest weekly data since September 2024. Data showed that total transaction fees last week fell 10% from the previous week, an improvement from the average weekly decline of 25% in the past six weeks. It is worth noting that Solana's weekly transaction fee has dropped 85% from the all-time high of 361,000 SOL in the fourth week of January (during the TRUMP and MELANIA miniin releases). Jito validator tips have also dropped significantly since TRUMP was released, with an average of only US$11,300 last week, compared with US$62,000 on Sundays when TRUMP was released. Similarly, the seven-day moving average of the number of active addresses on Solana's network dropped by 35% during this period. The decline in these fundamental indicators has affected the SOL token price, which has dropped by about 50% since January 20. Pump.fun, Solana's main revenue and token generation platform, experienced a similar decline. Last week, on average, only 0.89% of Pump.fun created tokens "graduated" to Raydium every day, compared with 1.6% per day in the third week of January. Considering the hundreds of thousands of tokens that Pump.fun creates every day, this 0.71% drop is relatively significant.
