Ripple CTO: It is still uncertain whether the network problem is resolved or self-healing "

The Internet reported that Ripple Chief Technology Officer David Schwartz updated information saying that it is still uncertain whether the network problem is resolved or self-repaired. According to the previous XRPL browser page, network activity was frozen at a block height of 93927174 for 64 minutes, and then restarted at 10:58 am UTC on February 4. David Schwartz added that four things happen if nodes know they cannot reach consensus with other nodes on the state of the network: 1. Nodes find a starting point that they will not reach early; 2. Nodes try to find a location and resume normal operation at or after the starting point; 3. Over time (Ideally, 30 seconds), the network will re-form at a safe and appropriate point; 4. Once the critical point is reached, a round of consensus will be jointly completed and verification will be issued to prove that the round of consensus has been successfully completed.
