Cross-chain Bridge Chainflip updates the latest developments in the Bybit theft incident, saying that we have noticed hackers trying to convert stolen Bybit funds into BTC through Chainflip. Currently, we have shut down some front-end services to prevent the flow of funds, but because the protocol is completely decentralized and has 150 nodes, we cannot completely shut down the entire system. As a longer-term solution, we are strengthening ETH agent-level screening mechanisms to reject suspicious deposits through the broker-api. Currently, this mechanism has been applied to BTC, and we only need to complete the implementation of ETH.
