S&P 500 seven-day annualized volatility surpasses Bitcoin

Internet reports that due to the impact of a new round of trade tariffs by the Trump administration, the attractiveness of U.S. assets has declined. The annualized volatility of the S&P 500 soared to 169% on the seventh day, surpassing Bitcoin's 83% volatility over the same period, setting a new high since the 2020 epidemic. Investors sold off U.S. bonds sharply, causing the 10-year yield to rise to 4.45%, and the U.S. dollar index to fall to 100, the lowest since September last year. CoinShares research director said that the current market may be turning to new stored value assets represented by Bitcoin that are resistant to political interference.
