CHIFENG GOLD (06693.HK), the largest privately owned gold producer in China, debuted today (10th), and opened flat at $13.72, jolting within a narrow range in the morning session, with a high and a low at $13.92/ $13.54. It last printed at $13.7, which is $2 cents or about 0.1% lower than the listing price. Turnover amounted to $492 million.
Its sole sponsor is CITIC Securities. The Company also introduced ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK) 's Gold Mountains (H.K.) International Mining and Sparky International under ZHAOJIN MINING (01818.HK) as cornerstone investors for its IPO.
