According to online reports, a spokesperson for South Korea's Ministry of Planning and Finance said that the authorities have decided that the country's stock market will open at 9 a.m. local time as usual. All financial and foreign exchange markets in South Korea will operate normally. The South Korean government said that foreign exchange and overseas assets will stabilize overnight, will take all possible measures on the market as necessary, and will provide unlimited liquidity until the market returns to normal.
